Executive Bio

Mr. Aaron Flowe has been the President of Western Division at The Home Depot, Inc., since February 2012. Mr. Flowe served as President of Northern Division at The Home Depot, Inc. Mr. Flowe is responsible for the sales and operations of 795 stores in 24 Midwest and Northeastern states and leads a team of more than 110,000 associates. Previously, he served as Regional Vice President of the NY Metro Region. In that capacity, he directed the operations of 70 stores across northern New Jersey, New York City's five boroughs, Long Island and Connecticut. Prior to that position, he served as Vice President of Merchandising at The Home Depot, Inc. He began his career with The Home Depot, Inc. in 1994 as a store department supervisor. He has held several positions of increasing responsibility, serving as store manager, district manager and director of operations process. He has a bachelor's degree in business management from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
