Executive Bio
Mr. Kevin Hofmann has been the Chief Marketing Officer of The Home Depot, Inc since April 2016 and has also been its President - Online since January 2013. Mr. Hofmann oversees the strategy, sales and operations of The Home Depot, online channels including homedepot.com and is responsible for the integration of its online channels with merchandising and physical store operations to create an interconnected customer experience. Mr. Hofmann served as Senior Vice President at The Home Depot, Inc. He joined The Home Depot in 2006 as Vice President leading the its technology efforts in retail operations. He was senior vice president of home services, responsible for strategy, sales, operations and compliance for the Company's home services business. Prior to joining The Home Depot, he spent 10 years with General Electric, where he held various leadership positions, including chief information officer/chief technology officer at GE Healthcare, GE Energy and GE Global Research. Previously, he spent eight years with Dow Chemical in plastics research. He is active in veterans housing causes and is a member of The Home Depot Foundation's board of directors. He has a bachelor's degree in computer science from Central Michigan University.
