What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's early still to say something but the goals are clear, the tech stack as well as there is plenty of doc for process and in terms of organization and onboarding it's easy and clear to understand. Will see how it unfolds in the future but happy so far with the team and manager :)

Our regular/recurring "all hands" meetings are consistently scheduled and very transparent. We are kept informed of larger initiatives and the state of the company. Employees are treated like "real people" throughout all levels of leadership.

the base salary with no variables, but having side benefits that compliment health and flexibility wise.

My compensation package is spot-on for my role. The benefits the company gives are far beyond what I've encountered at other companies. The benefits are flexible to appeal to a wide range of people, but at their heart are geared towards truly taking care of the employees.

During the process you will probably have interviews with some of the team you will be working with and you can get an idea of whether you feel comfortable or not, also, the recruitment team is open and they make you feel comfortable.
