What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Believing you need to approach grievances and disciplinary with an open mind and investigate fully from everyones side and not just take what is said as true when they have computer systems that can prove accusations made to be true or lies which could lead to others even loosing their job
Complete fools and had no touch with reality

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Retirement and medical benefits are nice however, the benefits are as according to what you pay for

Bonus was solid as were health
Bonus structure is very competitive
No idea, never had it explained to me.
It goes up when you hit grade pay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They could pay me my last vacation day I earned and they could update my status to no longer working there so I can clear out my 491k seeing as how I was suspended for 2 weeks before they decided to terminate me and left me unable to pay my bills

A decent pay raise across the board for workers,(cost of living has jumped significantly since Covid), a good pension brought back seeing as how they took the old one away, the old insurance back, recognition rather than a constant lack there of when they give the ever so rare candy bar for kudos
Very hard to speak with a person
Better health ins better pay at least 2 saturdyas off a month! So we can plan things... better managment thats for the people! A stronger union
If there was any value placed on our personal life. Concern given for the exhaustion of the work force. If anyone stood up for the hourly workers and their needs. Feeding us is not the cure for 72+ hours a week.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Worked with most of them for many years and hace no issues withen and csn be friends and supportive outside of work too
Most of my coworkers are excellent at their jobs however, I've seen a lot of coworkers that get to keep jobs and even go up into a higher positions that shouldn't be in higher positions due to their lack of effort towards the job is that they currently hold it's all about who knows who at Kraft

Helping one another and caring about your needs.
Operators do their best and tend to get a long well. We broke records for cream cheese out put and had our hours cut.
My coworkers are a great bunch of people.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Morale is bottom of the barrel
Attitude. One of my coworkers acts like the boss and gets mad if you don't do things they way they do things.
Time off to rest and recuperate for each new week
We need to plan our projects better and stick with the original plan. The PMO is very weak.
Union. A lot of my fellow employees need to be forced to retire for the safety of the rest of us.

Friendly and supportive most of the time

All managers and hot room leader. She is very disrespectful with coworkers. Production Manager must be a Person that at list some day is his life visites a College or University. We are human bean and we deserve respect.

Human Resources "Investigates" issues and then nothing is heard from Human Resources again, regarding the issue.
More competent people that follow up wirh candidates to improve thw hiring experience. Coaching recruiters on basic professional ways to communicate wirh candidates

The company needs to focus on their employees, boosting morale, eleminating forced over time and weekends. If people want more hours, let them choose. Quality of human life should be top priority.
