What is the best part about your compensation package?
Retirement and medical benefits are nice however, the benefits are as according to what you pay for

Bonus was solid as were health
Bonus structure is very competitive
No idea, never had it explained to me.
It goes up when you hit grade pay.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Worked with most of them for many years and hace no issues withen and csn be friends and supportive outside of work too
Most of my coworkers are excellent at their jobs however, I've seen a lot of coworkers that get to keep jobs and even go up into a higher positions that shouldn't be in higher positions due to their lack of effort towards the job is that they currently hold it's all about who knows who at Kraft

Helping one another and caring about your needs.
Operators do their best and tend to get a long well. We broke records for cream cheese out put and had our hours cut.
My coworkers are a great bunch of people.

The Gentleman that interviewed me
I enjoyed the question they asked me and me providing the three interviewers with questions of my own, and especially making me feel comfortable

The other employees are the highlight of the day, not higher ups or HR they are discriminating

When things are running well. My area we do a lot. Bad days are really bad. I am grateful for the good ones.
A few friends that I see and talk with other than that going home is the best part of the day
