What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are really helpful towards me. They help me to understand the work .
My manager in the Hamilton/Ontario yard has a open door policy, and he started as a friver and when he became the operations manager he never forgot where he came from, and understands the challenges of the job.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is worthy. I work hard and get paid.
Great pay, benefits and a great pension plan.
My pay is great, the compensation benefits are great. The health insurance could be better.
It is very competative and fair
Very generous benefits. 401k match, pension plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, reimbursement for gym memberships, computer purchases, and adoptions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay package as per the multinational company portfolio and other benefits.
Compared to fair market value against current expectations and assignments, it is low

The manager made the decision very easy for myself to make the switch over to Linde.
