They are really helpful towards me. They help me to understand the work .
My manager in the Hamilton/Ontario yard has a open door policy, and he started as a friver and when he became the operations manager he never forgot where he came from, and understands the challenges of the job.

It is worthy. I work hard and get paid.
Great pay, benefits and a great pension plan.
My pay is great, the compensation benefits are great. The health insurance could be better.

The culture and the way everyone welcomes me warmly and make me feel like I am one of them.
Everyone comes to wirk and is more than willingbto help each other out when needed.
We are like a big family

It was tough but not that I won't be able to answer
The manager made the decision very easy for myself to make the switch over to Linde.
The interview process was easy
