Mr. Joseph F. Yospe, also known as Joe, CPA, has been the Principal Accounting Officer, Senior Vice President and Controller at The Madison Square Garden Company since July 15, 2015. Mr. Yospe has more than 25 years experience in the accounting and finance industry. He served as the Principal Accounting Officer, Senior Vice President and Controller at Madison Square Garden, Inc. since February 26, 2010 until September 30, 2015. Mr. Yospe was responsible for external financial reporting, accounting processes, accounting policies and compliance with generally accepted accounting principles as well as ensuring that Madison Square Garden's has the appropriate control environment in place. He served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of ABM Industries Inc. from January 1, 2008 to February 25, 2010 and as its Senior Vice President of Finance from September 2007 to February 25, 2010. He served as Vice President and Assistant Controller of Corporate Reporting of The Interpublic Group of Companies Incorporated from September 2004 to September 2007, where among other responsibilities, he specialized in addressing technical accounting issues. While at IPG, he was responsible for specialized accounting, budgeting, forecasting and the worldwide capital expenditure approval process. His career encompasses senior level financial management positions at multi-national companies. He served as Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Genmab AS from September 2002 to September 2004. He served as External Reporting Director of Lucent Technologies, Inc., and also served as Assistant Controller for International Accounting of AT&T Capital Corporation. Active professionally, he served as Vice President, Treasurer and Trustee of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Yospe began his career in public accounting with Price Waterhouse. Mr. Yospe is a certified public accountant. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Rutgers University and a Master's in Business Administration in Finance from the Columbia University School of Business.
