What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People dread to go to work knowing that most of our supervisors only care about themselves and how they can make themselves look good in front of their boss. There is no support system. EVERYTHING has to be recreated. There are ZERO repositories of documents that other can reference to do their job.
