What does the leadership team need to get better at?The leadership team works incredibly hard to further their own careers at the expense of those who do the actual work. They are bosses- but as leaders, they fail to inspire.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Needlessly drawn out. Departments move slowly, organize slowly, communicate inefficiently. All the while candidates are left waiting.
