Mihir Shah brings fifteen years of healthcare leadership expertise across public, private, and not-for-profit organizations to The Oncology Institute.. Mihir is a results-driven leader with an extensive background in strategic planning, business development, alternative financing, advanced analytics, expense control, and driving automation. Mr. Shah’s experience spans across many healthcare sectors including Medicare, Medicaid, physician group practices, palliative care and management services organizations.
Prior to joining TOI, Mihir served as Chief Financial Officer of Commonwealth Care Alliance an integrated payor and provider platform with more than $2 billion in revenue. Formerly, Mihir was Chief Financial Officer of Apollo Medical Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMEH), an integrated population health management company. Previously, Mr. Shah served as Chief Financial Officer of Unitek Information Systems and held several leadership roles at Arcadian Health Plan, now a part of Humana.

Mihir holds CPA credentials from California and a Master’s of Commerce degree from Gujarat University in India
