Leadership puts $ where its mouth is. They've upped their health insurance contributions to help offset rising costs, have been open about the path needed to get more benefits employers want, etc.
Variable incentive based on performance
We implemented a new incentive plan that is open ended based on my contributions to the business and how well we renew our customers. If I perform well this year, I can make a significant amount, above and beyond my base plan.
Variable pay is unlimited and dependent on my performance as both an individual and team leader.
