  • Generous - the company shuts down during the end of year holidays and that doesn't go against your PTO; offers standard paid holidays plus one and most start at two weeks so nearly 20 days off at a starting position.

  • It's ok, average on PTO days granted, but the company does close the week between Christmas and New Years (paid).

  • It's performance-based. Managers work with employees to set concrete goals and a development plan (which is reviewed together multiple times a year). If you hit those performance goals, you get promoted. It's very transparent and predictable.
