Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is a bunch of A-types who can be the smartest in the room, but also have empathy and do care about the teams and the company as a whole. They're never about themselves.
They really listen to our feedbsck and take actionable steps to improve every day.
Great vision, really care about the employees and bend over backwards to help us grow

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Leadership puts $ where its mouth is. They've upped their health insurance contributions to help offset rising costs, have been open about the path needed to get more benefits employers want, etc.
Variable incentive based on performance
We implemented a new incentive plan that is open ended based on my contributions to the business and how well we renew our customers. If I perform well this year, I can make a significant amount, above and beyond my base plan.
Variable pay is unlimited and dependent on my performance as both an individual and team leader.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart people who aren't afraid to dig in when things go off the rails. It happens to every company at some point, but you know you have battle-tested, willing coworkers by your side when it happens to YOU.
Everyone is so smart; I learn so much from them every day. They are also always willing to help me and everyone is very customer focused.
The team has experience and the drive to get things done while keeping customer need at the forefront.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We live our values of Integrity, Results, Innovation, Service and Personal Wellness. It is very fast paced. You have to love to learn. Being virtual can be tough at times, but the amount of flexibility we have to manage our personal and professional obligations is fantastic.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
2-3 interviews before an offer was made. No B.S., no guesswork, and honest expectation-setting upfront.
I had a chance to speak with my hiring manager and several colleagues to get different perspectives on the job and the company.

What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to innovate keeps many of us happy within The Pedowitz Group, and that opportunity to do so happens a ton.
The work is challenging and I really love it when I see my ideas and effort help our client be successful.
