Under the Walmart Project, you end up dealing with backlash from both sides. Above and beyond goes underappreciated.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Good employees are leaving due to toxic changes. Revert back to the way it was back in 2019.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A lot, listen to your employees and see their point of view instead of being cut throat with high turn over.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop micromanaging. Stop making unnecessary, toxic, changes that cause you to lose good employees. Listen to your employees and see their point of view, not every store is gonna have heavy traffic every single day.
