Stop micromanaging. Stop making unnecessary, toxic, changes that cause you to lose good employees. Listen to your employees and see their point of view, not every store is gonna have heavy traffic every single day.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Under the Walmart Project, you end up dealing with backlash from both sides. Above and beyond goes underappreciated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team overall takes care of one another and it's very open and collaborative system
My Wireless Specialist co workers were chill, it's above us where things got toxic.
We all work to gather well and we get the job done

Good employees are leaving due to toxic changes. Revert back to the way it was back in 2019.
