There is a very diverse group of people that work at the hotel, all very friendly.

Very straightforward and standard. One interview and if it goes well then onto a trail, and finally training. Very routine.

The hotel itself does very well. The occupancy is almost always full or mostly full. The restaurants and theater need more work.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at The Roxy Hotel?
There needs to be more communication between management and employees, between all departments. As well our input needs to be take more seriously.
What do people at The Roxy Hotel think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
The CEO is a nice person, though strict. He isn't in the hotel too often, there are a lot of managers that deal with day to day operations

The decisions are made purely based on seasonal occupancy and current occupancy.
How's the vacation policy at The Roxy Hotel?
As long as price isn't an issue, the Roxy is an extremely luxurious, comfortable, and welcoming hotel to stay at as a customer; and I'm saying this as an employee. I would highly recommend it to anyone that can afford it. They have an amazing selection of accommodations and will do everything to make sure you are happy at all times of the day, 24/7
