Their communication with the stafff
The leadership is lacking. The management does a poor job at meeting their employees needs, moral is very low in most departments.
Better communication and a closer examination at our day to day logistics. I feel like we could run more efficiently.
We get a 401k and great health benefits
We have great 401k benefits and the health insurance is good for someone in the service industry.

Communication needs to be better
The team mostly bonds over their dislike of management and are the only help they can rely on is each other.
We are currently, hardly even a team and more just a group of people working together. A lot needs to be done.
I feel like the company will try to accommodate you the best they can which is hard to find in the service industry.
The employees need a chance to be heard out by management
The management needs to pay a lot more attention to the employees needs, listen to employee input, and help make the work environment better

There needs to be a lot of changes as far as how the upper management hears out their employees and takes their suggestions into account
If employee input was taken seriously and our needs were accommodated.
Besides personal problems, we need a way stronger team.
Better management that is more willing to hear out their employees
