Hellpful with all the aspects of the job
They are friendly and sometimes buy lunch for us.
The team actually cares about every employee and is a team of people who were once the little guy and worked their way up. They are always trying to plant the seed of career growth.
They try their best everyday to make sure we're caught up on training.
They're good people to have around when questions arise.
Stop setting their team up for failure making sure we have what ne need, pallets, blocks, etc. They make us jump through hoops to complete 1 task. Don't train new people, rely on only 2 people to do everything
Supporting it's employees in the workplace to succeed
Treating everyone in the company equal.
Being honest and taking up for the employee
Give strength and confidence at the store level. Don't crucify leaders that are trying and abuse the work ethic of those who dare to stick around. The company states that building up team members is a focus. Unless of course they raise an issue with current policy. Then they're disposable.
LTIP AND EQUITY awards. Commision %
The ability to earn commission.
A sliding scale commission that allows you to eaern up to 16%.
You work for your money. I love the 100 percent commission structure, it motivates me to work harder. However, it is not for everyone.
I do more work at better quality and haven't even been there a year and I'm the number 2 guy on my shift. But I'm being paid the same as someone who just stands at a table all day
Stop taking employment money and commission
I'm currently making less than minimum wage in true compensation since the "subsidy" portion of my paycheck is really just a loan, as opposed to being a legitimate payment, since it gets clawed back from future earnings. I was also misled about the duration of the "Grace Period" being 60 not 90 days
A higher base pay - one more than $30,000 per year - would be more competitive. Requiring salespeople to pay back the company when they sell less than the goal number can create a cycle of always being "in the red," so to speak.
They cut our pay make us do inventory and cleaning for free. we work long hours on our feet. Alot of unnecessary paperwork
we are all of the same mind
personally i just love them. were like a family and we have eachothers back
We get together and shit talk management
Everyone is customer focused. Creates a great customer experience culture in store.
Great people from diverse backgrounds.
Co workers are cut throat due to the way employees are paid and retain employment by sales only. Other work related habits are not important.
Being a little more honest about customer loyalty.
They need to work together and refrain from acting unprofessional, greedy, and learn morals.
the teamwork enviroment is great
good team of employees and management who work together to get the job done
it depends on the location, but my showroom really has eachothers backs
It's a people first culture and environment.
Customer focused. Consistently. Value input.
Better management that actually greets and knows it's employees
The managers antics bring down morale.
A more positive attitude and a staff that abides by the rules.
answered all my questions and informative
Nothing much just got to work on social skills
It was completed in a timely manner
Streamline. Structures. Diversity. Is promoted.
To the point in respect to sales.
Managers are desperate to get people in the door. They reek of it. Fixing the turnover rate is a start.
Working with our clients and desingers
Seeing the growth of others through others. because the company wont pay for training.
good communication with my co workers/supervisors.
Respectful coworkers. And there's respect in the workplace the job seems to go well and customers seem to be satisfied.
The people are absolutely amazing
You can't improve if the employee's who interact with the racial movement
strategic initiatives needs to be thoroughly thought out and given time to grow
