Team is funny and I love how we work together and help each other to make monthly goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very positive environment. My region always has some sort of fun competition for the stores to participate in.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
You work for your money. I love the 100 percent commission structure, it motivates me to work harder. However, it is not for everyone.
What makes you most happy at work?
When my customers tell me how much help I've been and I see the pictures of the final projects, that makes me happy.
