Focus more on core business and problem solving in an informal way. Also everyone MUST adopt Agile culture.
Too much talk about NWoW but management is focused on old way of doing business. Senior management must adopt Agile culture and focus on core business than look good culture.
Only vanguard's officers have good compensation. All other employees make below average. Also, management allocate bonus more on relationship than adding core value to business. Too much focus on presentation and smooth talk.
