It is really a very good company and CEO has great ideas. But next three level of management are mostly focused on look good and reward employees accordingly.

Interview culture is generally very friendly
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better at core business. Most of them are smooth talker and PowerPoint presenter.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Focus more on core business and problem solving in an informal way. Also everyone MUST adopt Agile culture.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Too much talk about NWoW but management is focused on old way of doing business. Senior management must adopt Agile culture and focus on core business than look good culture.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Only vanguard's officers have good compensation. All other employees make below average. Also, management allocate bonus more on relationship than adding core value to business. Too much focus on presentation and smooth talk.
