Recognizing talents, giving them their dues and good and competitive pay based on good performance
Acting in clients best interest, rather than self interest
Improve portfolio and program-level planning. Remove us versus you mentality between IT and Business teams. Improve collaboration across the business units by working on serving the true end customers (investors). Properly define products and improve involvement of product management Agile Coaches.
Leadership needs to share the wealth with everyone, not just the managers.

There is a division wide transformation happening, and they keep asking for our opinions not because they what to improve but because they want to know who the "problem" people are.
