What does the leadership team need to get better at?Improve portfolio and program-level planning. Remove us versus you mentality between IT and Business teams. Improve collaboration across the business units by working on serving the true end customers (investors). Properly define products and improve involvement of product management Agile Coaches.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Comp structure punishes loyalty. If you join company in entry level and work your way up over the years, you will be living check to check. External hires will begin at 30-40k more for same job. Pay needs to reward loyalty if anything. Market adjustments to reflect industry. CIL adjusments!!!!!!!!!!
