One of the best 401Ks of any company in America and life changing at that. Medical and dental + stipend on top of it and HSA are extremely good. All top of the line.

Comp structure punishes loyalty. If you join company in entry level and work your way up over the years, you will be living check to check. External hires will begin at 30-40k more for same job. Pay needs to reward loyalty if anything. Market adjustments to reflect industry. CIL adjusments!!!!!!!!!!

I know just as much if not more then the people I graduated with. And according to them we are doing the same kind of work: building API's, writing business logic, manipulating/storing/retrieving data. Yet they are being paid almost double what I am.
