What is the best part about your compensation package?
One of the best 401Ks of any company in America and life changing at that. Medical and dental + stipend on top of it and HSA are extremely good. All top of the line.
1.5x match for HSA and 401k match.
The best part of my compensation packages it mostly it's made it up with base salary

It's about the individual rather than super in depth prompter style questions they believe in the person and their resume
