When you move away from the toxic culture around senior leaders, most people are kind and great to work with.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Start listening to your employees. Reward and promote people who want to change the status quo instead of pushing them out.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The compensation is fair but you have to negotiate a good starting salary otherwise you will be stuck at a low compensation for years. When I joined I had people on my team who were high achievers but paid $30k less than market. It was a long battle to get them a raise!
