What is the best part about your compensation package?

Yearly raises are low or nonexistent.

Substantial equity with lots of upside.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My successes are never brought to light and I am always told to be better. I deserve more than a 3% raise after 24 months.

ThirdLove pays below market value for other similar jobs in the area which start out at $17+ an hour for new hires. Employees who have been with ThirdLove over 2 years struggle to make even $15 an hour and they don't seem to like giving raises, except to pay the Team Managers 60K a year(For Chico)
