- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?My successes are never brought to light and I am always told to be better. I deserve more than a 3% raise after 24 months.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?ThirdLove pays below market value for other similar jobs in the area which start out at $17+ an hour for new hires. Employees who have been with ThirdLove over 2 years struggle to make even $15 an hour and they don't seem to like giving raises, except to pay the Team Managers 60K a year(For Chico)
