Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership leads with toxic positivity and a saccharine pretense. They focus on the negative and their "love to hear your feedback" rhetoric is a lie. I think everyone who isn't in the inner-circle is held to impractical standards.
I have an amazing Team Manager who has been very flexible and understanding with the struggles we've been having adjusting to working from home during Covid.
Amazing founders, great leadership team, awesome response to Covid. Love working at ThirdLove.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Yearly raises are low or nonexistent.
Substantial equity with lots of upside.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My successes are never brought to light and I am always told to be better. I deserve more than a 3% raise after 24 months.
ThirdLove pays below market value for other similar jobs in the area which start out at $17+ an hour for new hires. Employees who have been with ThirdLove over 2 years struggle to make even $15 an hour and they don't seem to like giving raises, except to pay the Team Managers 60K a year(For Chico)
What are some of the best things about your team?
My teammates work hard and are helpful.
My direct team works well together and gets along. Work on our team is always productive.
I have only recently gotten a cohesive team that works together very well! My team lost almost everyone after restructuring and people quitting. Now that we've gotten new teammates, I greatly enjoy working together with them.
Recruited some awesome people, I really enjoy working at ThirdLove and love my team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working remotely and having flexibility
A handful of coworkers who make the work bearable
The culture at ThirdLove was very toxic up until very recently. As terrible as it sounds, Covid had a positive effect on the compassion and culture of upper management who have finally started caring.
Very happy coworkers on my team, we go out outside of work.
People help each other, and lots of positive feedback.

Moves quickly and you meet multiple people
Founders call each candidate for a discussion before the offer was sent - so cool

What makes you most happy at work?
My direct coworkers and team manager are great.
Being stuck at home due to Covid, I look forward to having some type of interaction with my coworkers, even though it's only digitally.
The people and mission of ThirdLove. Founders are great.
