Check around your home/apartment in case the postal carrier placed the package in an odd spot.

All exchanges are processed shortly after the item(s) are received at our warehouse. Our Fit Stylists will review any questions you may have about the fit and provide consultation before placing the exchange order.
If you would like to expedite your exchange, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original one.
You can request an exchange here. After you've completed the request, we'll email you the free return label. Drop off the package youre sending back at your nearest USPS or Canada Post. Refunds are credited via the original method of payment or site credit within 15-30 days of your return. Shipping is non-refundable.

You can exchange your original bra for one of the following styles: 24/7 Classic T-Shirt bra, 24/7 Perfect Coverage bra, or our 24/7 Classic Contour Plunge. There are two types of exchanges for Try Before Buying orders:

After we process the exchange, youll have another 30 days to try a new bra before we charge your card.
Bra is worn (tags unattached):
You will not be charged but for your worn bra, but your exchange will be processed as a new standard order. Our standard 60 Day Fit Guarantee returns and exchange policy will apply.

We recommend hand-washing your ThirdLove bras so your favorite bra lasts longer:
Dab any stains with mild soap and water and gently rub.
Lingerie Care Kit
Soak for a few minutes, then gently work the suds into the fabric and rinse.
To get rid of excess water, fold and gently press the bra into a towel before laying it out to dry.
If you decide to wash your bra in a washing machine, use a gentle and cold cycle. Additionally, hook the bra together to avoid snagging and use a mesh lingerie bag.
We strongly discourageplacing bras in the dryeras the heat breaks down the spandex and elastic and also may result in stretching, an issue with the underwire, or cup deformation.
Underwear
All our underwearcan be washed in the machine in cold water on gentle! If they need a little extra love, follow these steps:
Dab any stains with mild soap and water, and gently rub.

If you are looking for an unlined style, we recommend our Seamless Lounge Bra. This style is comfortable, flattering, and has removable inserts that, once removed, provides an unlined design.
Do you offer a mastectomy bra?
Currently, we do not offer bra specifically designed for mastectomies.
We have a Wireless collection which offers comfort and style. If you are comfortable with underwire, we recommend our 24/7 Perfect Coverage Bra. This style has gently padded straps, more coverage on the cups, and a smoothing band.

If you have asymmetrical breasts, we recommend our 24/7 Classic Contour Plunge or 24/7 Lace Contour Plunge. These are perfect for asymmetry because of their removable inserts that provide more support and a smoothing silhouette.
If you have asymmetrical breasts, we recommend sizing to your larger breast for a better fit. This creates a flattering fit and allows you to be comfortable in every style.
Our bras are not specifically designed for asymmetrical breasts.

Our sizing is unique. We always recommend using our Fit Finder as it's helped millions of women find their perfect fit! When using Fit Finder, provide us with feedback about your best-fitting bra in your current collection.Based on your feedback, Fit Finder may recommend adjusting the band, cups, or both.
Fit Tips
Follow our fit tips to make sure your bra is the perfect fit:
A snug band is the right band. We recommend wearing your bra on the loosest set of hooks so you can tighten it as it stretches with wear.
Scoop and Swoop. Make sure your breasts are fitting comfortably into the cups. The underwire should lay flat under your breasts. If your cupsdon'tfeel right, let us know and well help determine a better fit.
Adjust the straps. Seems obvious but sometimes thats all you need to do.

Slipping Straps If your straps keep slipping, try tightening them. If the straps keep slipping, your cups may be too big, try going down a cup size (or a half cup) for a better fit.
Straps Digging InThe straps should not be doing the heavy lifting. If the straps are digging, try tightening them. If that does not help, you may be experiencing a different fit issue. Contact us and an expert fit stylist will find your perfect fit!
My bra is riding up.If your bra doesnt stay in place, you may need a smaller band size. Try the scoop and swoop to ensure the underwire lays flat under your breasts and the band stays in place. If the bra keeps scooting up, move down a band size.
Cup GapingDo you have extra room in the cups? Try a smaller cup size. If youre only gaping a tiny bit, try out one of our signature half cups.
Cup OverflowIf your breasts are not fitting in the cups, thats easy, try a larger cup size!
Side OverflowSide overflow is an easy fix! Try moving up one cup size (or a half cup if you need just a bit more room).
I have questions about my size recommendation.
Why did you recommend a new cup size? The fit issue was with the band. The cups fit perfectly.
Great question! Your result reflects sister sizing, a concept practiced throughout the industry. When the original band size is changed for a better fit, the cup letter will also change to ensure the volume of the cups remains the same. If we don't change the cup letter, you'd lose that great cup fit!
Still not convinced? The following illustration and example further explain this concept.
In reviewing a portion of our bra sizing chart below, you'll see that different cup letters have the same cup volume. Notice that while 30D, 32C, 34B, and 36A are different band sizes and letters, the cup volume is the same.
What if, for example, you're wearing a 34B, and the cups fit great, but the band is too small?Going from a 34B to a 36 band would bring your size to a 36A. When you goupin the band, you godownin the cup letter, but the volume of the cup stays the same.
If the cups fit great, but the band is too big,going from a 36A to a 34 band would bring your size to a34B. When we godownin the band, you go up in thecupletter, but the volume of the cup stays the same.
Why did you recommend the same cup size?The band and the cups don't fit.Great question! Don't be thrown off by the same cup letter. It's all about volume. See the examples below that further explain.
If you're wearing a 34A, but the band and cups are too big, move one band size to the left and one cup size smaller to a 32A. This is the same cup letter, but the cup volume is one cup size smaller. Now, both the band and cups are the perfect fit!
If you're wearing a 32A, but the band and cups are too small, move one band size to the right and one cup size larger to a 34A. This is the same cup letter, but the cup volume is one cup size larger. Now, both the band and cups are the perfect fit!

We accept exchanges and returns on bras, underwear, and loungewear up to 60 days from the date of your purchase.Canadian exchanges and returns are free! You can request a return or exchange here.
All exchanges and returns must be processed in the country the order was placed.
International Orders
We currently do not offer international exchanges, but we're happy to take back your return for a refund so you can place a new standard order.

Here's our advice on how to extend the longevity of your ThirdLove Bra:
Bra Rotation: Women should have at least 3 bras that they wear on rotation.This allows the fabric and elastic time to recover between wears.
Washing Properly: ThirdLove recommends that our bras are hand washed and air dried. Additional information can be found on this topic here.
Storing your Bra:We recommend keeping your bras in a drawer and laying them horizontal and flat; do not fold the bra. Also, it's best to not hook the bras, therefore, when they are nested, the hook and eye don't press against the bra behind it.

Check around your home/apartment in case the postal carrier placed the package in an odd spot.
Ask your neighbors as they may have received your package instead.

If you find that the cups wrinkle or crease, no worries! The memory foam will react to your body heat, causing the foam to smooth out and the creases to disappear.

Click here to complete our digital exchange and return form. Please note you will need your order ID and the email address you used to place the order. Can't find yourorder ID?
Fill out the return label with all the items you are returning/exchanging in your order.
Once submitted, we'll email you a pre-paid shipping label and instructions for the exchange or return.
When we receive item(s) of the original order back at our Fulfillment Center, we'll place your new order. If the exchange label is not complete, a Fit Stylist will reach out to you!
We'll provide a new order number in a confirmation email once we place your exchange order.
If you would like to exchange for an item that is out of stock, we recommend processing your exchange as a return. Be sure to set up a notification so you are informed when the product you would like is restocked.
What can I exchange for?
All exchanges are for items of equal or lesser value. We do not save credit card information, therefore, we are unable to exchange for items of a higher price.
If you would like to exchange for a higher price item, we can process your exchange as a return and you can place a standard order.
When will I receive my exchange?

Once your package departs our warehouse, the US Postal Service (USPS) and the Military Postal service Agency (MPSA) is responsible for delivering your package to your APO/FPO address.
Priority mail is shipped via air to APO/FPO addresses and normally take around 10-15 days to most locations, depending on where you are located. Major military air hubs (Frankfurt, Baghdad, Kabul, Azores), often receive packages at a faster rate, sometimes within 7 business days. More remote outstations may receive their order after 30 days.
