What is the best part about your compensation package?

The upto and vacation and the insurance but the 401 k what company doesn't match any percentage of what the employee puts in oh yea that would be thrive

Good benefits, you get some options.

I did come from a company that was paying me more, so it was definitely an adjustment, but I love the people, our mission, and the company, so I am more than willing to work my way there and GROW and climb the ladder steadily to grow within the company-- with a better salary to come with it.

The compensation is definitely fair for the industry with full benefits and a 401k option. The company does not yet match your 401k contributions, but that could change in the future. Unlimited vacation time is nice, however finding time to use it may be difficult.

Pay what other warehouse jobs are paying and fix your leadership and it wouldnt be such a revolving door.
