everyone is competitive, aligned, and driven
they are extremely collaborative and helpful

the culture rewards competence and impact. moreover, the culture allows a fail fast attitude that rewards improvement and iteration despite initial failure
everyone is really nice and helpful
people are extremely kind and its a great work environment

it was a very organized process
Interviewers who are engaged and happy to answer questions transparently
The interview process was really clear, structured and ensured I felt supported along the way
Very welcoming, friendly atmosphere where I felt extremely comfortable showing my authentic self.
The interview process is very comprehensive but one of the most effective I've seen.
