balanced variable part; team goal is more motivating in my role
I feel that my leadership team has done a lot to get my wages closer to market value for my role.
comprehensive benefits and resources, CIP
Review from HR Dept
That it's not below par

I feel I'm compensated well for my position
Review from HR Dept
I know that I am fairly compensated in the industry and that my upside reflects the success of the organization. We're in it together.
Review from Sales Dept
I am happy for the bonus plan
Review from Product Dept
Willingness to match competitors to keep me around.
The fitness reimbursement is something I use.
Review from HR Dept
The PTO plan and company contribution to my HSA
Review from HR Dept
I can receive a yearly bonus if I perform well but I haven't been through a full year of work yet
Review from Product Dept
The best part about my package is vacations and working from home
Review from Admin Dept
Right now, medical is the best part of my compensation package.
Review from HR Dept
Base salary is best, bonus is good but could be improved on. Would love additional MBOs.
Review from HR Dept
I appreciate that TIBCO has absorbed the bulk of insurance increases over the last couple of years - thank you
Review from Engineering Dept
Competitive base and perfromance-based salary, additional benefits, and vacation time.
Review from Sales Dept
It is nice to get bonuses. I would like to see salary increases without having to ask for one.
Review from Admin Dept
Family medical plan is KEY! Also currently exercising several of the different reimbursement options. Those are VERY nice perks (like for a health club membership) BTW: I do not know if I am paid the same as a male counterpart - that would be very interesting to know.
Review from Engineering Dept
It is good enough and can be increased
Happy with compensation till now but expecting more as per market conditions.
Review from Engineering Dept
Compensation is ok but near zero job security negates any upside that might have
Review from Engineering Dept
looking at industry data of people at my level outside of TIBCO, I believe my compensation is on the low side. also, when TIBCO went private, there was no replacement for the lost stock-related compensation
My skills can be utilized in much better way and compensation needs to be adjusted as per market standards
Review from Engineering Dept
Salary was not even inflation adjusted in the last ten years.
Review from Engineering Dept
compensation is way below than what other companies are paying. no perks in between, no shopping or food rewards, no furniture setup compensation
Review from Engineering Dept
From last two years I have not been getting any hikes even if I have bested in the work.
Review from Engineering Dept
compensation as per the current market.
Review from Engineering Dept
There are so many subsets of companies due to many acquisitions that it sometimes feels like we're forgotten and not part of the organization. Sometimes ideas are disregarded and effective changes are delayed.
Review from Engineering Dept
A better comprehension of the scope of my job which might be underrated because I'm a back-office employee
Review from Admin Dept
"unlimited PTO" means nothing when managers are dead set on 3 weeks (less than the 20 PTO days pre-2011) wage has not kept up with cost of living/inflation No compensation (time off or monetary) for out-of-usual-hours work - late evening/early morning that break the work/life balance for some.
Review from Engineering Dept
The work i am doing is not according the previous work i do .I t would have much better but learning support from the team is needed well
Review from Engineering Dept
Employees that have been at the company longer tend to fall behind on compensation ranges, due to typically small focal adjustments; larger focal adjustments would help balance this
- increase compensation; the bonus at year end is always questionable even when the company is very profitable; the investor is raking in profits but with no stock options or similar compensation - dealing with Cigna has often become a hassle: MRI approval takes a lot of employee's time and effort
Review from Engineering Dept
Current salaries must be adjusted/revised based on the inflation and the market trends. I respect the transparency our CEO brings to the table though and I trust them to do what's right for the company and more importantly, for the people who make the company for what it is.
A better compensation based on the market standards, salary increases yearly basis to mitigate the inflation country basis, some benefits are missing compared with the local market so will be great to be at the level of the top companies, compensation could be significantly improved
