Family medical plan is KEY! Also currently exercising several of the different reimbursement options. Those are VERY nice perks (like for a health club membership) BTW: I do not know if I am paid the same as a male counterpart - that would be very interesting to know.

looking at industry data of people at my level outside of TIBCO, I believe my compensation is on the low side. also, when TIBCO went private, there was no replacement for the lost stock-related compensation

"unlimited PTO" means nothing when managers are dead set on 3 weeks (less than the 20 PTO days pre-2011) wage has not kept up with cost of living/inflation No compensation (time off or monetary) for out-of-usual-hours work - late evening/early morning that break the work/life balance for some.

Employees that have been at the company longer tend to fall behind on compensation ranges, due to typically small focal adjustments; larger focal adjustments would help balance this

- increase compensation; the bonus at year end is always questionable even when the company is very profitable; the investor is raking in profits but with no stock options or similar compensation - dealing with Cigna has often become a hassle: MRI approval takes a lot of employee's time and effort

Current salaries must be adjusted/revised based on the inflation and the market trends. I respect the transparency our CEO brings to the table though and I trust them to do what's right for the company and more importantly, for the people who make the company for what it is.

A better compensation based on the market standards, salary increases yearly basis to mitigate the inflation country basis, some benefits are missing compared with the local market so will be great to be at the level of the top companies, compensation could be significantly improved
