TikTok Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

3 months bonus as long as you meet the target

Grow with time and that make me happy

Comprehensive, good 401K matching and full health coverage

i needed somebody to helpful

show me what to so

The benefits we get from the company.

That I get compensated fairly

higher than market rate currently

Health Insurance and Gym Reimbursement

Base pay And year end bonus

Our health plan is very good and covers a lot. Free one Medical membership + fairly decent dental especially ortho! Get your invisalign! I do not like that you can't use your bonus towards stock unless you're rated higher.

The Benefits and salary and swag.

Salary, holidays, but I was a contractor and didn't get anything else

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I wouldn't know, because I haven't gotten paid yet, sorry

it would help to be recognized worldwide

Review from Engineering Dept

it would help to be recognized worldwide

For ICs salaries are intetionally below market and you are sold on this pay for performance dream and that has a plethora of unspoken rules limiting your growth (ex they grade on a curve for performance ratings)

Screaming at individual employees is not how one treats other people

There is no adequate paycheck for a company that oblige employees to a 24/7 job and ask them to cover de fatco for more roles whule they should be hiring more people

More equity that is given out fairly.

Paying in line with the market

Its literally lower than market value for twice the work.

Promotions are based on internal politics. Compensation is completely non-transparent. Colleagues doing the same role at the same level will have wildly different salaries.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Goal setting within sales organization is so top down, and territory setting seems arbitrary
