At Barcelona office it start nice but work condition get bad quick. Most ppl are friendly and work hard but managers are too much demanding and HR lie to our face and don't care. No overtime pay. they say flex time, but we are too busy, need to finish work even when we are off. Workaholic culture!!!
CEO is great, perks are great, projects worked on are great. Need change in leadership across all departments.
