People get upset when we are used as Pack Mules. Huge layoffs happen, and the people left are responsible for taking on the work loads multiple people and departments

The company is run by poor leadership, and now it's no more.
The future of TIme Inc is uncertain. All employees know this. Management continues to panic that sales numbers are down - while at the same time telling us that the future is bright. It's hard to feel part of the team, when we get lied to our faces.
