What do you like best about the leadership team?Our leadership team puts a lot of effort into being transparent, to the point of sharing financial information with the whole company.
What are some of the best things about your team?We work to unblock each other, but aren't afraid to ask each other for help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?We celebrate wins - big and small - at regular intervals. There's always victories being shared and promoted.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?TINYpulse states that they try to pay employees at the 50th percentile for their job titles in the Seattle area. I'm under that, so are most of the colleagues I know the salaries of.
