Mr. MacMillan served as the Group President of The Marmaxx Group at The TJX Companies, Inc. from 2008 to 2011 and served as its Senior Executive Vice President from February 1, 2011 to January 4, 2012. Mr. MacMillan served as President of Homesense and Winners Merchants International LP. Mr. MacMillan served as Executive Vice President of Merchandising and Planning at Winners Merchants International LP since 2002. He served as Senior Vice President of Finance, Systems and Distribution of Winners since 1994 and served as its Executive Vice President of this area since 2000. In September 1990, he joined Winners as Vice President of Finance and Administration. He joined the TJX Organization in 1985 as Manager of Store Accounting for T.J. Maxx and from 1987 to 1989, Mr. MacMillan served as Vice President of Store Controller. Mr. MacMillan served in progressively senior roles in finance, systems, distribution and merchandising at T.J. Maxx, Winners and Marmaxx.
