Actually being paid a reasonable and competitive salary, matching 401k like most companies of this size do, listening to employees complaints and grievances and doing something to right them
Less deferred compensation masquerading as bonus, and more actual bonus
What are some of the best things about your team?
The average workers are great, management is 100% of the problem
Fully committed to the doing the best work for the client whether they've asked for it or not
