How does TMC handle HR issues?
When I was hired, all HR was handled over email from a remote location, which can be really frustrating. But HR issues at our specific location are handled very professionally. I have been very impressed.

I have been very impressed with the company as a whole. I feel they are always looking for new ideas to implement in their company as a whole.
