it really is a family that works well together

What are some of the best things about your team?
we are working for the greater good
People now days just don't ever seem to fully do their jobs right. Allot of standing around showing up late no call no shows and getting way too many chances afterwards to just go do it again. Not enough consequences these days for pure laziness and people that don't deserve the jobs they have.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Needs to stop getting upset and help more.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we drive one another so that we lift each other work up another level
