Leading professionally, providing positive feedback and affirmation of efforts, work ethic, and accomplishments. Leading by example. Hiring experienced people not just interns and assessing and recognizing employee turnover and making change to prevent the high dissatisfaction rate.

You NEED to get your company culture right. The management is sneaky, not transparent, and sometimes petty. Tom is a PROBLEM that there seems to be no solution for. Everything at TNT Dental needs to be reevaluated, but ESPECIALLY the HR operations. Perhaps having an actual HR department would help.
“Lead by example” is what leadership tells themselves as a value but the actual effect from the other side is truly sad
They pay well below the market value for most positions at the company, and do not offer regular raises or coherent bonus programs. Depending on the team you're on, you will be either ignored completely or expected to make everything work perfectly no matter what internal roadblocks you face.
Consistently 20% lower than comparable companies. Also pay increases are very rare and require some unreasonable sacrifice like working weekends for fun
Good people leave within 60 days of being hired. Some stick around if they are bought into the cool aid
New leadership and/or serious training for current leaders.

People generally seem depressed and managers small talk is horrible

Leadership, lack of results for clients, employee dissatisfaction and high turnover resulting in client neglect and dissatisfaction. Only way to improve is to bring in new leaders and change current processes and overall company vision and culture.

Everything. TNT can't keep decent employees to save its live unless they're the ones who have been fooled into thinking there's some value to selling yourself out. I don't believe TNT can be saved while Tom runs it.
