I have been brought into the office for trying to get the staff excited about startung a shift by saying "Lets get to work!" I am on the whats app group chat which has been very helpful in swapping and picking up shifts. I had a coworker send me a message that called me a curse word. Not ok.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to the staff when a problem is brought to their attention. Being a team player and helping the service team when needed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I get along with 99 percent of the people I work with. They are my work family, and I care about them very much.
