They lack experience and knowledge and are not challenged or trained properly

They do not listen to their employees and they entertain drama and it ultimately makes it worse
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was asked to do a lot of non tip related work while only making 5 dollars an hour
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My managers do not value or treat me fairly and allow other employees to talk down to me and treat me bad
