Listening to and understanding their employees needs
Better Time off, actual holiday pay
Have us feel safe in our workplace. Honestly, most of us are looking for second jobs, or to leave. Other resturants are busy for season, and we are lacking.
Commission and raises for outstanding preformance
No stock plan offered in Canada
Have a management team that makes you feel valued. It is not ok to be thrown aside when you are doing your best.
Hiring people that care about what they're doing.
As long as the lead and supervisor stop focusing on the negative and treating the workplace like high school the team will come together. At the moment everyone is too scared or just don’t car
With the exception of a handful of staff, almost everyone is a more recent addition to the company. The poor habits and treatment from the management and leadership side is negligent to the point of harm, and no good behaviors are being created or enforced. We have no cohesion, and no synergy.
Follow the rules just like staffing agencies
They are good people yes
There should equality for worrkers
Fire some of the managers
Leadership is toxic- changes to come from top down.
They do not listen to their employees and they entertain drama and it ultimately makes it worse

Simplify the hiring process asap.
They asked me nearly nothing about my qualifications, and hired me on the spot. At this point I believe that is the only way to keep enough employees on hand; hire everyone and see who tolerates leadership.
Nothing it was a normal process
Leadership. I cannot stress this enough. I have been a manager in retail, restaurant, and other settings (if there's a way to prove this to you I am happy to), and the number one reason employees leave is due to management. I have watched 7 people quit same-day because of poor situational handling.
Management is so poor, they all have such a big egos !
I've been told your quality of material is really bad the last 2 years
Human beings are most important asset not the bottom line at employee expense
Clean house of management in stores.
