What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very democratic and easy going team
Easy, no egos, passionate, easy going.
Friendly, no red tape or egos. They're communicative and genuine, and excited to build towards a shared mission of bettering the world around us.
They are all amazing. And awesome to work with.

Industry standard pay plus salary increase based off inflation
What are some of the best things about your team?
Positivity and passion. Great human beings
Passionate, easy going, willing to listen and learn
No egos. People are here for the right reasons and are not afraid of making changes or even making mistakes. Things move quickly.
Positive people, happy home happy job encouraging.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everything. No egos, focused on giving back.
It's a culture of continued learning and constant sharing. Want to learn Mandarin or Salsa dancing? We have employee-led lunchtime meetups. The HR team gives us random Employee Appreciation lunches, it's dog-friendly, and there's an abundance of new initiatives and the coffee and tea to fuel them.
Its very happy, the people the surrondings. The culture of giving.

People clearly care about who fills the roles. My time was respected, and the team was thoughtful and thorough.
