Very supportive. Not only with daily work but also with building career, improving the process.
They are open for new ideas. Think logically but still open for inspirational and innovative ideas.

All components and perks. No complaints

Every time a promotion approaches, they respond with a reorganization.
No stock compensation. Bonus/upside opportunity is too limited (base salary is OK).
What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart and experienced team with a professional and collaborative attitude.
