It's been a truly unique and wonderful experience. It is both unfortunate and lovely to say that Toppers Pizza is among very few stores I've worked in that have expressed true care, patience and support towards its employees, beyond words alone. I'm proud to be on the team.

My overall 13 years of experience at Toppers is that I started off as an entry level Team Member and with the support of the Team and my own initiatives I was able to gain more and more leadership responsibility. The best part of my experience is feeling that I am part of a great team.

Strong willed and decisive, the team of managers at Toppers has gone above and beyond to ensure their employees are welcome, comfortable, cooperative and precise workers. They maintain a calculated attitude towards training and store growth, while ensuring staff is enjoying their work simultaneously

That they are a group of driven and passionate people who have a "never settle " attitude and know how to have fun.

That we offer a 401(k) plan with up to a 4% Employer Match that even our hourly Team Members are eligible for if they've worked at Toppers for a year, are at least 21 and met the number of hours worked requirement.

Some of the best things about our team is that we support one another and we broadly trust each other.

Positive reinforcement of employees while making them aware of their mistakes. We allow our employees to make their personal mistakes and elighten them to various methods of potential growth.

The most positive about culture and environment at Toppers is that we are a passionate group of people that have fun with each other while we work. We care about one another and really celebrate each other's successes and encourage our people to try new things. Failures are learning opportunities.

That we get to know each other and that the vision, mission and the core values are shared and discussed.

Having regulars that speak as highly as they do about various aspects of our store, and meeting new customers that find such enjoyment in their experience that they continue to come back. Additionally, as a manager and personally, I enjoy resource allocation.

The people that I work with and knowing that the work that I do is meaningful.
