What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health benefits are all adequate
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My base pay rate is too low for someone in my position. As the manager and lead of the second mosr profitable department in the store i should not be the lowest paid Manager.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most are team players, friendly
The small team i have is dedicated and hard working

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The amount of effort that goes into the seasonal displays. They are always nice to look at.
Most of our employees get along and make it easier to get through the day

Quick. Easy. Straight to the point. Made me feel more confident.
At the time, our hiring manager was amazing and made the whole process easy and enjoyable

What makes you most happy at work?
Making cored pineapples and watermelon trays. Its relaxing.

There seems to be a huge disconnect between corporate and the store level management
