I'm just a number my experience and suggestions arnt welcome I'm degraded. If I can make a difference my credit is taken. Honestly it's horrible! I have never worked under worse people. I now struggle with deep depression and anxiety every day

Mediocre pay, few growth opportunities, inhumane expectations (NO sick pay. 1 paid personal day per year. It will take a DECADE to earn more than 2 weeks of vacation for an entire year. You will be disciplined if you miss 3 days of work in an entire year.)
